Privacy policy

Last updated October 19, 2026. Brightline Leads LLC ("we") provides lead follow-up, websites and a phone assistant for the businesses that hire us ("clients").

What we access

• The website assistant (on client websites): what a customer types in the chat and the job request details they choose to share (name, phone, address, what they need), passed to that business by email. Chat notes are deleted automatically within 60 days.
• Gmail (only if a client connects it, with their permission): we read new emails to spot website-form leads and replies, and we send the client's approved replies, follow-ups and review requests from their inbox.
• Jobber (only if a client connects it, read only): clients, requests and jobs, so we know whether a lead booked and when a job is finished.

How we use it

• Only to answer and follow up with the client's own leads and customers, and to prepare the client's monthly report.
• We don't sell or share this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Email and Jobber data is processed on our own computers.
• Names and email addresses of leads are deleted after 90 days. Anyone who asks to stop is never contacted again.

Phone calls and text messages

Some clients use our phone assistant, which answers their business line when they can't and can text callers back about their call.

• What we receive: the caller's phone number, what they say or text about their request (for example the job they need, their name and address), and the time of the call. We don't record calls; the assistant turns what the caller says into text so it can answer.
• How we use it: only to answer that caller for the business they called, to pass their request to that business, and to text them about that same request. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
• No sharing: we do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
• Service providers: calls and texts are carried by Twilio, the assistant runs on Cloudflare, and an AI model from Anthropic helps understand the request. They process this information only to provide the service to us, not for their own marketing.
• How long we keep it: call and text notes held by the assistant are deleted automatically within 60 days. The job request itself goes to the business the caller contacted.
• How often and what it costs: message frequency varies with the caller's request, usually a few texts about that one call. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any text and you won't get another text from that line. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Full details are in our texting terms.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

A client can disconnect Gmail or Jobber at any time from their Google or Jobber account settings, or by asking us. Questions: [email protected].
