Will callers know it is not a person?
Yes. It says it is a virtual assistant, and that calls may be transcribed. We never pretend it is human.
What about emergencies?
It asks about urgency. For urgent callers it can put the call through to your cell, or capture the details and flag it so you can call back fast. You decide the rule during setup.
Do I need new equipment or software?
No. We point a phone line at your receptionist. You keep your current number and your current way of working.
How does booking work?
The receptionist captures the request and sends it to you. If you use a calendar or scheduling tool, we can connect it. Otherwise you confirm the time with the customer yourself.
What if I do not like it?
Cancel any time. It is month to month, and the first month is free.
